PMSC S.A. Project Management & Ship Consultant is a Company established in Lugano, Switzerland, on November 2007, aiming to collect the international experiences of Naval Architects, Marine Engineers and Technicians with the widest technical specialization and flexibility.
PMSC provides full project management for new building, repairs and conversion of commercial and leisure vessel, supplying specific experience and skills for LNG Carrier, FLNG, FSRU, FSU, FSRPU, LPG Carrier, Oil/Product Tanker, FPSO, FSO, Chemical Carrier, LNG Bunkering Solutions and much more.
Our aim is to give to our Clients a full consultancy and assistance service, ranging from contractual aspect to technical details and solutions, from staff training to ship management, from condition survey to insurance claims management and negotiation or litigation assistance.
PMSC offers, moreover, a complete service for onshore and offshore structures, infrastructures and industrial plants, starting from the concept design and feasibility study, through the FEED, the EPC development scenario, the contract monitoring and, last but not least, the integrity monitoring during the construction and at the end of works.
PMSC has recently developed a new “Ship’s Performance Survey” service, developed in order to provide a Third Parties check and validation on ships commercial performances. A useful tool, before signing a time charter agreement or during the chartering period as well.
Since 2020 PMSC S.A. can perform mooring analysis and evaluations both in static and dynamic conditions. Ranging from traditional mooring to Single Buoy Mooring and to Ship to Ship transfer mooring operations.
For Ports, Harbour and Terminal we can also perform passing ship analysis on moored vessels as well as detailed simulations of berthing and un-berthing maneuvers considering tugs and all the possible environmental conditions.
Mooring computations are performed according to International Standards and Requirements with the use of Optimoor® software in its most recent dynamic version.
PMSC has also enlarged its wide horizon by including Ship Brokerage providing full technical & commercial assistance during negotiations, if needed.
